Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

All mini split systems sold by Cesar Minisplits Corp. come with comprehensive manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by brand and model, typically ranging from 5 to 7 years on compressors and 2 to 5 years on parts.

Critical Warranty Requirements

Professional Installation Required

The AC unit must be installed and serviced by a professional HVAC technician to validate the compressor warranty. This is a non-negotiable requirement by all manufacturers.

Proof of Installation Required

If proof of professional installation is not provided, the warranty will not be valid or honored. Keep all installation receipts and documentation.

Annual Service Documentation

Proof of annual service by a professional HVAC technician is required to maintain warranty coverage. Maintain service records for the duration of the warranty period.

Licensed Technicians

Installation and service must be performed by properly licensed HVAC contractors. DIY installations void the manufacturer warranty.

Proper Installation Standards

Installation must follow manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Improper installation voids warranty coverage.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products that are unboxed and unused. All returns must meet the following conditions:

Product Condition

Product must be unboxed and completely unused with no signs of installation or operation.

Original Packaging

All original packaging, including boxes, foam inserts, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or installed products
  • Products with missing or damaged packaging
  • Products with any signs of installation attempts
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Special order or custom-configured systems
